The teams at Easterseals PORT Health care directly for our clients in the community, including visits to clients living in their own homes. **What You’ll Do** As a Qualified Professional in the Community Support Team (CST), you will provide services to individuals who have a mental health or substance use disorder and meet the two life domains. As a Qualified Professional, you will provide support services by participating in the provision of structured rehabilitative interventions to individuals; such as housing and tenancy, money management, daily activities and personal wellness. **How You’ll Benefit** *Being part of our team means we value and encourage your personal growth and development.* ***You’ll earn an hourly salary based on your experience* between** **$43,000-$49,000.** This full-time position offers a Monday- Friday flexible nontraditional schedule and will serve the Surry and Yadkin Counties. This position is community based. Participation in the crisis phone rotation.
