Apply today and help us shape the future of work—together Job Description We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our GTI-RES team and lead the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs. This role will be responsible for driving projects from planning through completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical requirements, financial targets, and client expectations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical fluency, project management expertise, financial acumen, stakeholder management, and leadership skills . You will work closely with engineering, product, business, client, and vendor teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Project & Program Management Develop and execute comprehensive project plans covering scope, technical requirements, resources, budgets, milestones, and timelines. Lead complex technology projects and programs from initiation through successful delivery. Define project objectives, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and success criteria. Monitor project performance and proactively address issues, risks, and roadblocks. Develop and execute contingency and risk mitigation plans to maintain project momentum. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Apply Agile methodologies and promote continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. Technical & Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with engineering, product, business, and other technology teams to define project scope and technical requirements. Apply strong technical knowledge to understand complex technology environments and identify effective solutions. Provide technical guidance and project leadership while coordinating cross-functional teams. Manage vendor relationships and leverage vendor products and shared technology services effectively. Translate business and technical objectives into actionable project plans and deliverables. Stakeholder Management & Communication Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders. Influence decision-making through clear communication, data, and sound judgment. Provide regular project status updates, including milestones, risks, financials, issues, and dependencies. Communicate sensitive or complex information tactfully and professionally. Address project and personnel issues openly, promptly, and with appropriate discretion. Maintain effective communication with leadership and peers across different practices and functions. Project Financial Management Manage project financials, including revenue, margins, bill rates, utilization, and profitability. Ensure timely revenue recognition and accurate project billing. Monitor project payables and receivables and address billing issues promptly. Integrate and maintain accurate financial data across assigned projects.
