They are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for its growing portfolio. This role is ideal for a hands-on operational accounting leader with deep multifamily experience, strong Yardi expertise, and a proven ability to manage remote and offshore accounting teams in a high-growth environment. The Controller will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of accounting processes. The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years of multifamily accounting experience and has the operational mindset to identify process improvements while maintaining strict financial reporting deadlines.
