What you’ll do Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: Support the ramp-up process for new product lines, ensuring smooth transitions from pre-series to mass production. Monitor the tracking, analysis, and disposition of pre-series parts, working closely with quality control, logistics, and manufacturing teams. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, quality, supply chain, and production, to align on schedules, quality requirements, and technical issues. Ensure adherence to production schedules and identify any bottlenecks or delays in the ramp-up process. Propose and implement corrective measures as needed. Prepare reports on ramp-up progress, key performance indicators, and any deviations from targets. Present findings to senior management. Identify potential risks in the pre-series and ramp-up stages, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines are met. Work closely with suppliers to manage the timely delivery and quality of pre-series parts, ensuring they meet specifications. Location & Travel Expectations : This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location: 2142 Boyce Street, Ste 301, Columbia, SC 29201 Additional Locations: N/A Work Shift: Not Specified The responsibilities of this role require 4 -5 days attendance in office with in-person meetings and events regularly. Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.
