Senior Customer Success Manager (Portuguese Speaking) PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION/RESUME IN ENGLISH As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Smartly, you’ll own and grow relationships with customers across the region, helping them get more value from their digital advertising and the Smartly platform. You’ll combine customer relationship management, digital advertising expertise, and commercial thinking to solve challenges, improve campaign outcomes, and identify opportunities for growth. Working closely with customers and teams across Smartly, you’ll also bring customer feedback into the business to help us continuously improve our products and customer experience. What You Will Do Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts, building trusted relationships through regular communication and a strong understanding of their business and advertising goals. Advise customers on their digital advertising strategies, helping them address challenges related to campaign performance, budget scaling, operational efficiency, and platform adoption. Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships by expanding product adoption and connecting Smartly’s solutions to customers’ evolving business needs. Build strong knowledge of the Smartly platform and the digital advertising ecosystem so you can confidently solve customer challenges and provide practical, consultative guidance. Scope and lead product trials and support customers through adoption, helping them understand how Smartly can improve their advertising workflows and outcomes. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and other teams across Smartly to share customer insights, resolve challenges, and maintain a strong feedback loop. Develop an understanding of the industries and markets your customers operate in, using those insights to provide relevant recommendations and strengthen long-term partnerships. What We Are Looking For Experience managing and developing B2B customer relationships, ideally within SaaS, digital advertising, marketing technology, or an agency environment. A consultative approach to customer success, with the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into practical solutions. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to different audiences. Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to grow customer relationships and product adoption. An interest in digital advertising and technology, with the curiosity to build deep knowledge of Smartly’s products and the wider advertising ecosystem. Professional spoken and written English and fluency in Portuguese. Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events when needed.
