**Key responsibilities** - Safely operate extremely high-pressured water-blast units to remove pavement markings. - Properly prepares equipment and worksite daily. Arrive at office or jobsite on time, in uniform, properly groomed and ready to work. - Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on waterblast units. - Follow Blasters safety standards. - Participate in practical and manual activities daily. - Engage in strenuous physical labor. - Must be willing and able to work nights environments during an 8–12-hour shifts. - Effectively communicate with the Crew Lead or Field Supervisor on area such as safety, quality, and integrity. - Perform other duties as directed. **Requirements** - Highschool Diploma or equivalent, required - Current CDL, Class B, required - Medical card, required - Minimum 1 - 5 years of hands-on experience operating various heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, etc. required. **Skills** - Ability to carry/move up to 50 Lb. - Ability to physically control industrial hydro-blasting and vacuum equipment. - Basic mechanical skills, preferred. - Ability to perform manual labor in an outside setting, required. - Ability to perform duties in accordance with training and standard operating procedures. - Basic mechanical skills, preferred - Ability to work over an 8-12 hour shift if required. - May be called out for Emergency response.
