As a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the VPHR partners closely with business leaders to align talent strategy, culture, and organizational effectiveness with business objectives. This role leads the HR Business Partner model, oversees core HR operations, and ensures compliance in a highly regulated clinical laboratory environment. **Job Responsibilities** - Serve as a trusted advisor to the ELT, providing strategic guidance on people, culture, and organizational effectiveness. - Build and maintain credibility, trust, and strong working relationships with leaders, managers, and employees - Establish, refine, and scale the HR Business Partner function to proactively support leaders and the business. - Oversee all core HR programs, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compliance, learning and development, benefits, and leave administration. - Lead the design and implementation of a company-wide compensation philosophy and compensation programs. - Partner with the Board of Directors as it relates to executive compensation. - Partner with Finance and executive leadership on workforce planning, headcount growth, and organizational design as the company scales. - Strengthen performance management, goal-setting, and leadership accountability across the organization. - Select, design, and adm…
