THE ROLE We are seeking a detail-obsessed, execution-first Analyst, Channel Operations to support the marketplace portfolio at AG1: Amazon US, Amazon UK/DE, and Walmart.com. Reporting to the leader of Amazon & Marketplaces, you will own the operational backbone of these channels: the daily work that keeps listings live, inventory in stock, compliance current, and data flowing on time. This is a hands-on operational role including VTR defects, MCF corrections, FBA quarantine and expiry, disbursement issues, NetSuite mismatches, KYC and compliance documentation, permissions grants, listing setup, and recurring data pulls. You will take the first pass and clear it faster than it accumulates, which is precisely what unlocks the strategy, testing, and analysis work behind it. You are comfortable living in Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center, fluent in spreadsheets, and you close loops without being chased. You will work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, DIT, Member Experience, and Affiliate, alongside our external Amazon agency partner, and you will build institutional knowledge quickly. The successful candidate is someone who wants to learn marketplace growth from the inside. The path from this seat runs from executing on the operational floor to owning experiments, channel analysis, and eventually a P&L of your own. WHAT YOU’LL DO Own first-pass operational triage across Amazon and Walmart: VTR, MCF corrections, mixed orders, FBA quarantine, expiry and removal orders, disbursement issues, and NetSuite mismatches. Manage inventory health and inbound shipments to keep us at 100% in-stock on FBA, confirm the right quantities are shipping in, and flag stock-out and overstock risk before it lands. Execute listing and catalog work: new SKU and pack-size setup across Amazon and Walmart, variation and content updates, and pack-out recommendations for bulk offerings. Own access and permissions administration across Seller Central US/UK/DE/AU and the Ads Console, including the KYC, identity documentation, and data-entry steps across accounts. Support compliance and documentation workstreams: EU KYC and verification, GMP certificate sourcing, supplement facts updates, and food-business documentation. Run recurring data pulls and exports (Tiger Tracks, AU orders, agency reporting handoffs) on a reliable cadence, with clean and consistent formatting. Support AE markets and affiliate and partner operations, including account connections and creator sampling programs across MCF and Levanta. Help execute the channel testing roadmap — build test documentation, launch A/B tests on images, video, A+ content, and SEO, and track results. Keep a clean record of open issues, cases, and appeals, and know when to escalate to Supply Chain, Finance, DIT, or our agency partner. Contribute to weekly channel reporting and highlight the trends, anomalies, and opportunities you spot in the data. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING…
