This role requires a solid working knowledge of electrical systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on installation, maintenance, and repair projects. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** - Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including panels, circuits, switches, outlets, and lighting in accordance with NEC and local codes - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute electrical work accurately - Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostic testing on electrical equipment using appropriate tools and meters - Work independently or under the supervision of a journeyman or foreman to complete tasks efficiently and accurately - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures, including proper use of PPE and lockout/tagout protocols - Identify material needs, pull wire, bend conduit, and make proper terminations. - Provide mentorship and guidance to Electrical Technician I team members or helpers as needed - Maintain accurate records of work performed, time spent, and materials used **ACCOUNTABILITIES** - Complete assigned installations, diagnostics, and repairs accurately, meeting safety and performance standards - Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) to minimize risk and maintain a safe job site - Collaborate with journeymen, foremen, and peers to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication on job sites **ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT** This position reports to the local Service Manager and is responsible for engaging with the install team and all of our custom…
