**GENERAL SUMMARY:** The management training program has been established to assist management in filling executive and supervisory positions within the Pinnacle Bancorp banks and to permit a trainee to absorb a wide range of banking activities to fully familiarize him or herself with the total operation of a bank in a relatively short period of time. Responsible for learning daily operations of retail, operations, and lending in branch environment. 2. Prospects new customers. Cross sells banking services to new and existing customers. 3. Prepares reports for Management. 4. Ability to manage a portfolio of loan accounts and assist with preparation for loan committee. 5. Completes required trainings. 6. Attends customer or bank sponsored events and actively builds relationships. 7. Performs other duties as assigned by management. 8.
