Manager, Market Operations

ROLE OVERVIEW SunCentral is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager, Market Operations, to drive the community solar Subscription to Cash (STC) revenue cycle for select community solar markets within our RevOps department. This role requires a solid understanding of community solar best practices, a proven ability to deliver high-quality business results, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will bring an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to learning, ensuring continuous improvement in driving revenue growth, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. As Manager, Market Operations, you will play a crucial role in optimizing subscription origination, subscription management, utility partnerships, customer experience and SunCentral platform development, while also identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline processes and ensure high-quality outcomes. You’ll work closely with multifunctional project teams to manage and drive community solar subscription revenue for Pivot Energy and our clients. In this capacity, you'll be responsible for adhering to standard operating procedures, managing people and client relationships, reporting business results, escalating issues, proposing solutions and supporting other projects as assigned by your manager. This position requires an individual who is business focused, customer-centric, process-oriented, data-driven, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
