Collaborating with clients and various stakeholders, you’ll develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to help clients achieve their goals and flourish in their environments.**This position offers…** • **Employee Assistance Program** – 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost • **Mileage Reimbursement** – Company paid for work functions requiring travel • **Employee Discounts** – Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College Tuition • **Workplace Culture** - An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce • **Additional Perks & Benefits** - Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn more**Key Responsibilities:** • Provide community-based mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. • Collaborate closely with clients, families, and stakeholders to shape and execute individualized treatment plans. • Employ a strengths-based approach, transforming lives through empowerment and skill-building using evidence-based practices. • Offer behavioral interventions through techniques such as motivational interviewing, operant conditioning, and group dynamics. • Coordinate care with primary care physicians, psychiatrists, schools, and community organizations for holistic support. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatments, and progress as per organizational policies. • Participate in training and development activities to enhance your skills related to mental health services. • Work in tandem with other team members to ensure effective care coordination for clients. • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and counselors. • Prepare and facilitate PSR group sessions as per treatment plan goals.**Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:** An individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other specialized human services field; Or an individual with a Bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field and two years of related work experience; Or any four-year combination of higher education and two years of related work experience; Or an Associate’s of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support; Or an individual with four years of qualifying experience in delivering services to individuals with mental health disorders, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities.**Additional Qualifications:** • Must possess a current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance. • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to operate a company-owned vehicle. • Must be at least twenty-three (23) years of age to operate a company-owned fifteen (15) passenger van. • Must have reliable means of transportation to transport clients in a personal vehicle.**Physical Requirements:** • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amounts of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects. • Sedentary work often requires si…
