As Account Executive (gn), you take on a central role in new business and directly contribute to accelerating our growth in enterprise sales. You work closely with the SDR team, Account Management, and leadership – bringing your sales expertise to the table and developing it further. We look forward to meeting you. * You take over qualified prospects from our SDRs or independently identify potential clients and guide them through to a successful close * You manage the entire sales cycle – structured, data-driven, and with a clear focus on win rate and deal quality * You analyse customer needs, develop tailored solutions from our multi-benefit portfolio, and position them convincingly at decision-maker level * You confidently run product demos, proposal processes, and contract negotiations – using sales methodologies and maintaining clean CRM documentation * You identify cross- and upselling potential during the acquisition process and ensure a smooth customer handover together with Marketing and Account Management * You actively contribute your best practices to the ongoing development of our sales playbook ## Your profile * You bring several years of B2B sales experience – ideally in SaaS, platform, or complex solution sales * Your hunter mentality and proven closing track record set you apart * You navigate complex decision-making processes in a structured and strategic way – always communicating value and impact at decision-maker level * CRM tools like HubSpot or Dynamics are part of your daily toolkit, and KPIs are a genuine steering tool for you * You communicate confidently in German (C2), work independently, and always keep your pipeline under control ## Why us? * You’ll be part of a fast-growing company where you can drive things forward and actively shape the direction – together we create long-term career perspectives * Back to the office?
