In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the waterpark beverage team in their daily operations, including assisting behind the bar, interacting with guests, and overseeing a sage workplace. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to **Lead with Love**—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times. **This is an hourly wage role.** **Key Responsibilities** - Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs for all beverage outlets within the Resort - Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the venue’s recipes, portioning, and serving standards. - Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations are met daily. - Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following preventative maintenance programs - Ensure that the bartenders/barbacks/cocktail servers are providing all orders on time and made with quality and consistency, according to specifications. - Assist Beverage Manager to develop, coach, and train new staff and existing staff in all areas of managerial and professional development **What We’re Looking For** - We do require that you are 21 years of age. - State and Local laws may require a certificate of alcohol awareness/safety classes and food handling certifications - A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others. - 3 years extensive experience in bar, restaurant, kitchen, hotel, resort management preferred - This is a full-time position with various work hours and days based on business needs.
