Their duties include loading orders onto trucks and shipping containers, organizing incoming stock, and putting the appropriate labels on outgoing parcels. **Responsibilities** - Collecting products from the warehouse and safely loading onto trucks and vice versa - Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or return - Helping keep an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse - Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor - Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping - Managing all products with appropriate care - Assisting with training of newly employed workers - Scanning labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination **Required Skills, Qualifications, & Experience** - Prior experience working in a warehouse or similar field - Knowledge of operating a forklift - Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and carry loads up to 80 pounds - Ability to work independently and safely - Prior experience working in a warehouse or similar field - Excellent work ethic - Works well on a team and independently - Great verbal and written communication **Benefits** - Health Insurance - 401K & 401K Matching - Health Savings Account - PTO - Uniforms provided **Equal Opportunity Employer** Lott Oil Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
