## Overview **Hybrid - Miami, FL** The Vice President of Integrated Marketing is responsible for leading the company’s integrated marketing strategy, promotional planning, and go-to-market execution across all brands and business units. ***What You’ll Do*** **Integrated Marketing Strategy** - Develop integrated marketing strategies supporting growth objectives and key initiatives. - Own the annual marketing calendar and campaign planning process. - Establish campaign objectives, audience strategies, and success metrics. - Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints. **Campaign Planning & Go-to-Market Leadership** - Lead campaign development from strategy through launch and optimization. - Oversee campaign briefs, go-to-market planning, and launch readiness. - Coordinate execution across brand, digital, lifecycle, social, creative, PR, and operations teams. - Improve campaign effectiveness and speed-to-market. **Business & Cross-Functional Leadership** - - Serve as the primary marketing lead for company-wide promotional initiatives. - Partner with executive leadership and operations teams. - Lead integrated planning processes and marketing best practices. ***What You’ll Bring*** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - 10+ years of relevant marketing experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.\ - Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Proven ability to drive measurable business results through marketing initiatives. ***What You’ll Get*** - At Lucky Strike Entertainment, we’re committed to supporting your well being both on and off the job.
