Reporting To: Business Head Position Summary The Vice President is responsible for driving sustainable business growth through new client acquisition, strategic account management, and long-term client retention. The incumbent will lead business development initiatives, manage key client relationships, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, commercially viable experiential marketing solutions. The role requires a strategic leader with strong commercial acumen, a consultative approach to problem-solving, exceptional presentation and communication skills, and the ability to translate client business objectives into integrated activation solutions. Key Responsibilities Business Development Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets. Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across target industry sectors. Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers. Lead end-to-end pitch management, including opportunity assessment, solution development, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and contract closure. Expand existing client relationships through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts. Client Servicing & Account Leadership Act as the strategic business partner for assigned key accounts. Build long-term client relationships through consistent value creation and service excellence. Understand client business objectives and recommend effective experiential marketing solutions. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. Lead client reviews, business planning meetings, and strategic discussions. Manage client escalations and ensure effective resolution. Strategic Solution Development Adopt a consultative and solution-oriented approach to address client marketing and business challenges. Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Operations, and Production teams to develop integrated activation proposals. Ensure recommendations are aligned with client objectives, consumer insights, budgets, and operational feasibility.
