Schedule TBD **Business Hours:** Monday - Friday: 7am-6pm; Saturday: 7am - 5pm **Why Join Our Team?** - Mission Valley Honda is a Top-Rated Lifetime Dealer by Carfax. - Strong reputation in the community - Rewarding career with ample earning potential. - Promote-from-within culture **What You'll Do** - Conduct multi-point inspections - Complete used vehicle reconditioning services to ensure vehicles meet dealership quality and safety standards. - Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems, including brakes, suspension, HVAC, electrical, and engine components. - Accurately document inspections, repair recommendations, and completed work orders. - Test-drive vehicles before and after repairs to verify proper operation and repair quality. **What You'll Bring** - 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience required - Honda or similar brand experience - Understand on how to perform multi-point inspections - Strong electronic diagnostic skills - ASE certifications preferred or willingness to obtain - Maintain productivity and efficiency goals - Valid driver's license with clean driving record **Total Rewards** This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. The flat rate pay range for this position is $25 - $70 an hour actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, skills, job-knowledge, and location.
