The Warehouse Supervisor will be expected to supervise, coach, mentor, and develop highly functioning work teams, comprised of team leaders and team members. **Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:** - Provide a safe, secure, and engaging work environment that fosters team member involvement and creativity. - Embrace and practice Stellantis Leadership Principles in Stellantis Parts and Service Way - Coordinate activities, ensure compliance that meets and exceeds the Parts Distribution Center customer KPI's, related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environmental - Provide feedback, coaching, and training to associates as needed. - Analyze root causes and execute countermeasures for daily work challenges while implementing safe work practices and preventative countermeasures. - Utilize kaizen activities to drive continuous process improvements - Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety with team members, peers, and senior management. **Basic Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field - Minimum 3 years of experience - Ability to work any shift and overtime as required - Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite software programs **Preferred Qualifications:** - Manufacturing supervisory experience - Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor/develop team members - Experience working in a union environment - Strong background in LEAN manufacturing systems
