Essential Job Functions: - Provides advanced technical skills and coordinates patient care activities in assigned ultrasound areas. - Performs ultrasound procedures, positions patients, demonstrates cross-sectional anatomy knowledge, and produces high-quality images. - Prepares rooms, equipment, and patients; practices aseptic technique; evaluates images; and documents electronically. - Communicates effectively with patients, radiologists, physicians, and staff using AIDET. - Supervises or trains ultrasound students as needed. - Ensures regulatory readiness, maintains licensure and CPR, completes education, and performs other duties as assigned. # What Sets BRG Apart: Baton Rouge General is a community of compassionate, skilled professionals committed to excellence.
