INTENSIVE RESIDENTIAL BEHAVIOR ANALYST I REPORTS TO: Clinical Supervisor Licensed Settings SUPERVISES: Education and Behavior Analyst Support Specialist, provides on-shift direction of Intensive Residential Technicians I and II STARTING WAGE: $74,375-$95,625 per year, adjusted for relevant education and experience. If you are a dedicated BCBA looking to apply your skills in a collaborative, intensive treatment setting, we want you on our team. As an Intensive Treatment Behavior Analyst I, you will design, implement, and supervise comprehensive behavioral treatment plans for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will provide vital clinical leadership on shifts, guide dedicated direct-care staff, and collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to foster meaningful, long-term outcomes. ### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** - # Clinical Assessment & Treatment: Conduct initial evaluations, screenings, and functional assessments. Develop, monitor, and adapt evidence-based treatment plans for individuals presenting with challenging behaviors. - # Mentorship & Supervision: Directly supervise Educational and Behavior Support Specialists. Provide clinical direction and on-shift guidance to Intensive Residential Technicians (I & II) and Case Coordination Specialists. - # Family & Staff Training: Deliver hands-on, high-quality training to families and support staff using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). - # Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Participate in intake meetings, peer reviews, IEPs, discharge planning, and consultations with the broader clinical team. - # Quality & Compliance: Maintain accurate billing documentation, adhere to BACB ethical compliance codes, and assist in research and program evaluation activities. ### **Required Qualifications & Education** - Education: Master’s degree in a Human Behavioral Science field (with graduate-level coursework in basic principles of behavior, ABA, and research methodology). - Credentials: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing. - Licensure: Valid and current license as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Michigan (LARA). ### **Experience & Skills** - Clinical Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience conducting assessments and implementing evidence-based procedures for individuals with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors.
