Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $1,862–$1,999 per week - Guaranteed hours: 36 per week - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts - Start date: 07/27/2026 - Work setting: hospital Responsibilities - Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust plan of care within the multidisciplinary team. - Provide explanations and instructions to patients and/or responsible persons about respiratory disease processes, intervention procedures, and discharge, ensuring understanding. - Accept reassignment to other units as needed to meet department needs. - Share clinical knowledge with staff and students; serve as a clinical role model. - Plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of respiratory care; provide therapy as ordered by the physician while maintaining communication with medical and nursing staff. - Coordinate with the medical and nursing teams to ensure safe, effective delivery of respiratory care and appropriate documentation.
