You will: Creates and manages Driver Qualification (DQ) files Manages Department of Transportation (DOT) audits Establish delivery routes that are cost-effective and compliant with Federal DOT guidelines Maintain exceptional customer service standards, quality, and satisfaction Utilize Roadnet application to ensure delivery costs are held to the company-expected run rates Optimize routing schedules while strongly emphasizing driver safety Cultivate excellent relationships with the drivers and customers Monitor sudden route changes or road construction to establish new routes to maintain timely deliveries The position will be Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm. The salary range is $70,000-$75,000. You have: High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience 2+ years of distribution, logistics, transportation, or related work experience Ability to create, manage, and calculate routes Experience with DQ file compliance Knowledge of the LOCAL AREA Proficiency in Excel and Word and experience with RoadNet is a plus Safe Drive experience is a plus CDL A is a plus
