Thrift Shoppe Volunteer Services Coordinator Schedule: 32 hours a week, variable based on Thrift Shoppe operating hours Service Area: Louisville, Elizabethtown, and Campbellsville Thrift Shoppes Thrift Shoppe Volunteer Services Coordinator Position Summary: The Thrift Shoppe Volunteer Services Coordinator works in partnership with Thrift Shoppes and Volunteer Services to support the volunteer work force within the Hosparus Health Thrift Shoppes. This position supports the Thrift Shoppes in the general recruitment, onboarding, training, and engagement of Thrift Shoppe Volunteers and maintains compliance for Volunteer Services. Thrift Shoppe Volunteer Services Coordinator Position Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in volunteer programing, multi-site management, or workforce training preferred. Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems. Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of organizational objectives. Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make independent decisions. Flexibility to travel between Thrift Shoppe sites.
