ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM. Balance daily work and assigned cash drawer, and research differences where applicable. Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner always, even in difficult situations. Demonstrate quality customer service by incorporating the Legendary Service Standards. Recognize and interpret customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer. Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services. Actively participate in the branch sales program and goal achievement. Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulations. Other duties as assigned. High School Diploma or GED Certificate Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred Ability to count U.S. currency Must enjoy customer interactions including actively looking for referral opportunities, using a needs "based" sales model Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift 20 lbs.
