Implementation Specialists serve as the primary project manager and customer point of contact, partnering with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless implementation experience while ensuring projects remain on schedule, risks are proactively managed, and customer expectations are consistently exceeded. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in technical project management, customer implementations, professional services, or customer success who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives. The role requires exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to successfully guide customers through implementation milestones while collaborating closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Platform Operations, Cloud Operations, Security Operations, Product, Executive Leadership, and other internal stakeholders. Candidates must display the ability to manage multiple concurrent customer projects with competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Candidates must also be comfortable communicating with both technical and executive stakeholders, facilitating meetings, identifying project risks, and driving action items to completion. This position is virtual/remote, working from a home office. While the role does not require customer-related travel, occasional travel may be expected for internal collaboration, company meetings, training, or team events.
