Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP). 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python). Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers. Preferred qualifications: Proficiency in continuous improvement, execution, organizational change, and stakeholder management. AI Fluency with a capability to leverage AI technologies to drive operational efficiency and program innovation. Working knowledge of technical/data analysis and automation development, such as SQL and database querying, Python, etc. Effective collaboration attributes, including the ability to communicate clearly and align shared or conflicting goals to arrive at the best collective outcome. Excellent unstructured problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from data. Planning skills with the ability to organize ambiguous projects into clear longer-term (6+ months) objectives. You scope, phase, and lead motivated cross-functional and cross-organizational projects to address challenges within the program and capitalize on new opportunities. In this role, you will also exercise technical judgment across multiple teams to develop technical analysis, tools, and processes that support research and engineering execution, excellence, and velocity.
