Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale programs across Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives. Execute wave-based planning and tracking to drive structured and predictable delivery. Manage dependencies and risks, including infrastructure, access, and approval-related challenges. Coordinate effectively across onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless execution. Provide execution-focused reporting, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Drive program governance across scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, financials, KPIs, and executive reporting. Partner with engineering, operations, architecture, security, and business teams to align delivery with enterprise priorities. Improve service reliability through automation, observability, incident reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead distributed teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding progress, risks, decisions, and business impact. Collaborate in Spanish-speaking environments while maintaining effective communication in English. Required Skills & Qualifications 10–15+ years of experience in IT services, infrastructure, cloud operations, or enterprise technology delivery. Minimum of 5+ years in Technical Program Management roles. Proven experience leading enterprise programs in cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, DevOps, or SRE. Strong background managing cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and high-visibility initiatives. Experience handling complex dependencies, risk mitigation, and program governance at scale.
