Talent & Performance Management Intern

Job Description: - Support administrative process of the Assessment Center, Including document management, data recap, and file organization - Help with preparation and logistics for Assessment Center activities (e.g, arranging materials, catering, or room setup) - Provide Internal support for Talent Management initiatives, particularly those related to assessment administration and reporting - Ensure readiness and completeness of assessment materials, tools, and documentation before and after each session - Assist in proofreading, compiling, and formatting assessment reports and feedback summaries Job Qualifications: - Active university student or recent graduate, preferably majoring in Psychology or a related field - Strong interest in Talent Management, Assessment Center Operation, and HR Development - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Able to work collaboratively with the internal team and maintain high confidentiality standards - Willing to work full-time from office (Monday-Friday) during the internship period.
