ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. - We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. - We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. - We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The Role Legal Engineering (LE) sits at the center of how Legora wins. Our LEs run pilots, lead rollouts, drive product feedback, and bring deep legal subject-matter depth to every client. As we dramatically scale the North America team, we need someone to keep the engine running. The Legal Engineering Operations Associate is the data and operations backbone of the LE org. You'll build the reporting, run the trackers, and support the strategic operations projects that keep the function moving. This is a high-trust role for someone early in their career who wants real ownership fast. You report to the Global LE Operations Lead, who defines priorities, standards, and the roadmap. You will work closely with the Head of Legal Engineering (North America) as your primary regional stakeholder to drive initiatives for the NA team. This role is preferably based in New York. What You'll Do - Data and reporting. Own the numbers behind the LE function. Help build and maintain the reporting that tracks Pilot Win Rate, Time-to-Value, Usage Rate, and more. Turn messy inputs into clean dashboards and reporting leadership can act on. As the team scales, you'll help decide what we measure and how. - Tooling and systems. Help build the tools that make LE faster. Automate the manual work, from performance review workflows to pilot and rollout trackers. Comfort with spreadsheets and Claude is table stakes. Light no-code or scripting skills go a long way. - Strategic projects. Support assorted high-impact initiatives across the LE org, from org design and headcount planning to program launches and cross-functional pushes. Scope the work, keep it on track, and fill the gaps wherever they show up. - Operating cadence. Own the rhythm of the NA team. Run the weekly LE update, prep the monthly performance review cycle, and keep planning cadences on track. Make sure the right people have the right information at the right time. - Program support. Support LE program development around pilots and rollouts, making sure we have the systems in place to provide the best in class, repeatable service to our clients. - Talent and onboarding operations. Coordinate the LE hiring pipeline, from scheduling culture interviews to keeping candidate trackers tidy. Run onboarding logistics so new hires ramp fast. Who You Are You like order, and you're good at creating it when it doesn't exist yet. You're comfortable in a fast environment where priorities shift and clarity is something you build rather than wait for. You follow through. When you own something, it gets done, and people trust that it will. You care more about the team winning than about being in the spotli…
