Sploot Veterinary Care is introducing a brand new approach to veterinary care in the form of Urgent & Primary Care Clinics, and we’re looking for a ROCKSTAR entry-level high-volume Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us provide the ABSOLUTE BEST medical care to our patients. What you’ll do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist: Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, hourly roles, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience across multiple openings. Conduct thorough screening and interviews of potential candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit for high-volume roles. Prepare and extend employment offers, clearly communicate compensation and benefits, and support candidate negotiations to ensure a positive, transparent hiring experience. Collaborate with operations leaders to understand specific talent requirements and recruitment goals. Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified veterinary professionals through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with guidance, support, and information throughout the recruitment process. Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure timely and efficient progress. Support the planning and execution of recruitment events Stay informed about industry trends, market insights, and best practices in veterinary recruitment to remain competitive and innovative in talent acquisition efforts. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including candidate sourcing, pipeline status, and time-to-fill, to stakeholders and management. This position is hybrid-based in the Sunnyside neighborhood of Denver, CO.
