Tap into your existing relationships across Türkiye's gaming ecosystem to surface passive talent who isn't on anyone else's radar. - Hunt down hard-to-reach profiles. Go beyond job boards and LinkedIn, think creatively about how to identify and engage with targeted talent. - Own local outreach. Craft personalized, culturally resonant outreach that makes Voodoo stand out as the next great career move in the Turkish gaming scene. - Be our Istanbul antenna. Map the competitive landscape, flag emerging talent, and help us build a strong employer brand on the ground. - Collaborate tightly with the global TA team. Provide clear, structured feedback on sourcing progress, candidate sentiment, and local market dynamics so we can move fast and smart. PROFILE - Deep roots in Turkish gaming. Solid hiring experience in the gaming industry in Türkiye, with a genuine understanding of the studios, the talent, and the market dynamics. - A natural connector.
