Prior experience with coding is required in order to support the questions and development of the coding team. In addition to leading the HIM and Coding teams, you will also act as our **Privacy Officer**, managing activities related to the development, maintenance, and adherence to the organization's policies and procedures regarding the privacy of patient health information. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational privacy practices, making a significant impact on patient privacy and data security.
