Technical Sourcer

We are looking for a Technical Sourcer based in Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid) to support our clients Talent Discovery team. As a Technical Sourcer on our client's Talent Discovery team, you will be the pipeline generation engine supporting MongoDB’s most critical technical hiring needs. You will have the opportunity to become a sourcing subject matter expert across a broad range of technical roles, building deep expertise in technical talent markets and innovative sourcing strategies. In this role, you will identify, engage, and qualify top technical talent. In this role, you will ● Support critical MongoDB technical roles through strategic passive talent sourcing. Individuals will be expected to quickly pivot across different areas of technology as hiring needs arise and demonstrate flexibility in supporting a variety of technical positions. ● Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand technical business needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver highly qualified technical talent. ● Develop deep expertise in external technical talent markets, including understanding talent pools, competitive landscapes, skill sets, and emerging sourcing channels. ● Screen candidates for nuanced technical roles, assessing alignment to role requirements and maintaining exceptional documentation and data integrity throughout the hiring process. ● Leverage creative and innovative sourcing techniques to identify hard-to-find technical talent across diverse candidate pools. ● Partner with recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, and interview teams to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining a high-touch and personalized process throughout the hiring journey. What we are looking for: ● Possess a proven track record in technical recruiting, with deep expertise in passive candidate sourcing. ● Demonstrate strong understanding of technical talent markets and the ability to source for a variety of engineering and technology skill sets. ● Utilize creative and out-of-the-box sourcing techniques to uncover highly skilled technical talent and develop new sourcing strategies. ● Have an analytical mindset, with the ability to conduct autonomous market research, leverage recruiting data, and use insights to inform sourcing strategy and influence stakeholders. ● Exhibit exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with previous experience working in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments. ● Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple competing technical requisitions simultaneously while navigating ambiguity and shifting business priorities. ● Maintain exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence technical candidates and recruiting stakeholders. ● Proficiency working in Greenhouse and Gem is preferred, but not required Sustainable Talent is a M/F+, disabled, and veteran equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
