## Description Oversees all cash verifying operations in the company Cash Room including, but not limited to, ticket control, bank deposit preparation, and report generation. Responsible for balancing and closing all transactions and review reports. Plans and supervises the day-to day operations in the Cash room facility. **Essential Functions:** - Balances and closes all cash/credit cards and internet transactions into the TK system and reviews overages and shortages. - Verifies cash funds and daily deposits. - Maintains accuracy of change funds and reviews and verifies any overages, shortages and voided transactions noted by cash verifiers verifying cash bags, drawers, and/or registers. - Oversees distributing operating change funds to all retail departments, ticket, stock inventory for Reservations, releasing additional funds and/or ticket stock during assigned work shift. ## Requirements - Able to use a 10-key calculator by touch. - Good eye sight and manual dexterity. - Able to speak, read and write in English. - Three years of accounting or bookkeeping-related work experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Associate degree in Business Management or Accounting. **Work Schedule:** To Be Determined (40 Hours per week) **All applicants must be available for an on-site interview at the Polynesian Cultural Center in Laie, HI.** Please note that the Polynesian Cultural Center will not provide relocation or travel expense reimbursements related to this application or hiring process.
