Recognize positive performance. - Assist the Production Supervisor in evaluating and coaching production operators - Proactively and positively participate in start-of-shift meetings - Effectively communicate production line performance results via shift turnover reports and to next shift - Monitor the quality of parts and assemblies – and lead containment efforts for nonconforming materials - Timely communicate any risks to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance to Production Supervisor - Participate in and be a leader for 6S organization efforts - Ensure production operators adhere to company policies, procedures, standard works, work instructions, and other instructions At Hydro-Gear, we offer a collaborative environment, professional growth opportunities, and the ability to make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
