By providing case management, vocational services, and community support, you’ll help participants achieve their career and educational goals. #### **Qualifications** - **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Education, Sociology, or a related field (required). - **Experience:** Preferred one year of experience in case management or vocational services for individuals with employment barriers. - **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in standard computer programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and internet use. - **Clearances:** Must pass all required background checks, including Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania Criminal History Check, and DHS-FBI Fingerprint. - **Other Requirements:** Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
