By providing case management, vocational services, and community support, you’ll help participants achieve their career and educational goals. #### **Qualifications** - **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Education, Sociology, or a related field (required). - **Experience:** Preferred one year of experience in case management or vocational services for individuals with employment barriers. - **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in standard computer programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and internet use. - **Clearances:** Must pass all required background checks, including Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania Criminal History Check, and DHS-FBI Fingerprint. - **Other Requirements:** Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation. An operating telephone is required for timely communication. #### **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct participant orientations, outreach, recruitment, and intake services. - Develop and implement service plans tailored to participant goals. - Coordinate services with other staff and community resources. - Provide career planning, case management, and workforce readiness training. - Assist participants in addressing barriers such as childcare and transportation. - Facilitate group and individual mentoring sessions. - Track participant progress and document outcomes. #### **Why Join Goodwill?** At Goodwill, we’re driven by a mission to empower individuals and families with barriers to employment.
