Student Supervision, Playground - Hutchinson, MN JobID: 2419 Position Type: Support Staff/Student Supervision Date Posted: 6/30/2026 Location: Park Elementary Additional Information: Show/Hide Hutchinson Public Schools is seeking a team member to provide Student Supervision to students during recess at Park Elementary. This position will monitor students during non-classroom activities making sure school rules are followed to ensure student safety. This position will work 171 days per year, 2 hours 15 minutes per day from 11:25am - 1:40pm. The salary range for this position is $19.14 per hour - $21.64 per hour. Salary is dependent upon education and experience. Benefits include sick leave and retirement plan with employer contribution. Responsibilities Include: Observe students, checking for appropriate and safe behaviors. Assist in conflict resolution as well as other needs. Help keep the cafeteria, playground, and work /school environment clean and safe. Work with other staff and students to create a positive, efficient and safe school environment. Maintain confidentiality standards by adhering to the district's data privacy policy.
