This is a highly visible position where attention to detail, ownership, and strategic thinking directly influence organizational success. ### Accountabilities The Staff Corporate Events Manager will be responsible for leading large-scale event programs, ensuring seamless execution while aligning experiences with business goals and stakeholder expectations. - Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of flagship internal events, including annual company meetings, sales kickoffs, and recognition programs. - Develop comprehensive event plans covering timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics, production, attendee experience, and post-event analysis. - Partner with executive leadership, sales, marketing, customer teams, and operations stakeholders to ensure events support strategic priorities and company objectives. - Manage customer-facing conferences and community events, including agenda development, speaker coordination, registration, sponsorships, branding, and attendee engagement. - Oversee incentive travel programs by managing destination selection, contracts, travel coordination, activities, and premium attendee experiences. - Support major industry events by coordinating vendors, booth logistics, executive participation, and on-site operations. - Own event budgets, negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and maintain cost discipline while delivering high-quality experiences. - Build repeatable processes, documentation, and project management frameworks to improve efficiency across all event programs. - Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, communicate risks and decisions clearly, and ensure alignment throughout event lifecycles. - Collect feedback, analyze event performance, and use insights to continuously improve future programs. ## **Requirements** The ideal candidate is an experienced corporate events professional with strong project management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex programs in fast-paced environments. - 7+ years of experience in corporate events, conference management, experiential marketing, or related fields with ownership of large-scale programs. - Proven experience managing multi-day internal events such as sales kickoffs, company meetings, or executive programs from strategy through execution. - Experience designing and delivering customer-facing conferences, user summits, or community events with complex stakeholder requirements. - Experience managing incentive travel programs, including vendor negotiations, logistics, and high-touch attendee experiences. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders simultaneously. - Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and coordination with venues, hotels, production partners, and service providers. - Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to planning and communication. - Ability to manage executive stakeholders, navig…
