Position : Stabilization Interventionist Location : Napa, CA (includes the following counties: Napa, Sonoma, Solano), In-Person/Onsite Required Reports to : Program Director Employment Status : Full-time, Hourly Salary : $31.09 hourly + opportunities for quarterly bonuses Required Education: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in psychology, counseling, social work, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and one year of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities with challenging behaviors. Must have a valid California Driver’s license in good standing and insurance. Preferred experience working with the Developmentally Disabled population. The Job: Provide support to individuals in crisis; preventative, acute, or chronic crisis management. Implement Strategies and Interventions developed by CBEMs Critical Intervention Specialist (CIS). Consult with a Psychiatrist, BCBA, and Psychologist. Participate in clinical trainings Participate and/or facilitate Interdisciplinary planning meetings. Interview Steps: Initial Phone Screen.
