## Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management or Engineering, a related specialized area or field is required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree. **CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:**Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Utilizing your strong knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Elements, you’ll assist in defining, reviewing and analyzing system requirements for enhancements/modifications for supportability by providing input to project/program plans and deliverables. Additionally, the Senior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist will design, develop and manage activities for a group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Are you ready? **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in the design, development and management of specific ILS products or groups of ILS products, from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. - Interpret inventory data, identify trends, and drive corrective action to optimize supply chain performance. - Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics stakeholders to align inventory levels with mission needs. - Develop and maintain inventory control processes and procedures to support mission requirements. - Analyze equipment and system requirements to identify, source, and document spare parts and support resources needed to sustain operations across a program's life cycle. - Research, identify, and document spare parts requirements from engineering drawings and parts lists in support of new and fielded systems. - Work with commercial vendors and/or technical manuals to identify and document commercial off-the-shelf spare parts specifications in support of new and fielded systems. - Develop initial provisioning lists in collaboration with engineering, logistics, and procurement teams. - Assist in the creation of sections of ILS deliverables. - Ensure parts availability aligns with maintenance concepts and long-term support strategies. - Assist in tasks and responsibilities related to other ILS elements. **Preferred Qualifications** - Attention to detail in compliance or documentation workflows.​ - Strong written and verbal communication​ skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.​ - Strong organizational skills across competing priorities.​ - Ability to comfortably work within defined standards.​ - Ability to collaborate across multiple functional teams. **Expected Outcomes** - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one discipline/field, with developing proficiency in adjacent disciplines/fields. - Good understanding of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS). - Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation. - Ability to apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. #### What you’ll experience: - Technologies that aren’t just top-notch, they’re often top-secret - A team…
