**Job Description** – Site Engineer (Solar C&I Projects) Position: Site Engineer – Solar EPC (Rooftop & Ground-Mounted C&I Projects) Location: Bangaore Frequent travel/long site postings expected. Reporting To: Project Manager **Role Objective** To supervise and execute on-site installation of solar EPC projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely progress as per design and project plan. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Site Supervision & Execution • Oversee daily installation activities (module mounting, structure erection, cabling, inverter & LT/HT panels, earthing, etc.). • Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and labour teams for smooth execution. • Verify work against drawings and BOQ. 2. Quality & Safety • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, PPE usage, and safe installation practices. • Conduct on-site quality checks and inspection of materials and workmanship. • Maintain site checklists, quality reports, and handover documentation. 3. Material & Resource Management • Track and manage receipt of materials at site; maintain stock records. • Raise material indents/requirements to PM on time. • Minimize wastage and optimize resource utilization. 4. Coordination & Reporting • Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day site issues. • Provide daily/weekly progress updates to the Project Manager. • Assist in site measurements, billing verification, and client inspections. 5.
