Job Title: Social Worker - Locality Team Location: North Lincolnshire (Hybrid) Pay Rate: £35 per hour Job Description: Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Adult Social Worker for its client's Locality Team at North Lincolnshire. What will your responsibilities be? Carry out assessments and develop care plans for individuals within the community, ensuring their needs are met in line with statutory responsibilities. Work collaboratively with health professionals, housing teams, and voluntary services to coordinate support and promote independence. Respond to safeguarding concerns, manage risk effectively, and ensure timely interventions to protect vulnerable adults.
