## **Overview** Soleply is looking for dependable, detail-oriented **Sneaker Cleaners** to join our team. Sneaker Cleaners play an essential role in preparing used and pre-owned sneakers for sale by ensuring each pair is clean, sanitized, and presentable for customers. This role focuses strictly on **cleaning, disinfecting, and prepping sneakers**, not restoring or repainting them. You'll help make sure every pair meets Soleply’s cleanliness and quality standards before it is placed on the sales floor. This is a great position for someone who takes pride in hands-on work, enjoys keeping things organized, and wants to contribute to the customer experience by ensuring every pair looks its best. * * * ## **Responsibilities** - Clean and sanitize used sneakers using approved Soleply cleaning products - Remove dirt, debris, stains, and markings from outsoles, midsoles, and uppers - Wipe down and disinfect interior areas including insoles - Prepare sneakers for pricing, tagging, and display - Identify pairs that are too worn or damaged and notify leadership - Maintain a clean and organized cleaning station - Follow Soleply’s cleanliness guidelines and daily cleaning expectations - Assist with basic backroom organization when needed * * * ## **Requirements** - Strong attention to detail and consistency - Ability to work efficiently and meet daily cleaning expectations - Comfortable working with cleaning tools and sanitation products - Reliable and punctual with good communication - Able to stand for extended periods - No prior sneaker cleaning or restoration experience required — training provided * * * ## **What We’re Looking For** - Someone who takes pride in cleanliness and presentation - A reliable team player who can follow clear processes - A positive attitude and willingness to learn - Someone who enjoys hands-on, focused work
