Service Technicians (All Levels)

**RideNow Powersports**, with over 50 locations nationwide, is looking for driven and detail-oriented **Service Technicians** at all experience levels to join our growing team. ### **Why Join RideNow?** - Flexible pay structure: $18-$50 per flag hour or hourly based on experience & certifications - Relocation assistance for qualified applicants - Paid factory training, mentorship from master techs, and clear paths to level up - Facilities equipped with OEM-required specialty tools ### **What You’ll Do:** - Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level - Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe - Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources (provided by the facility) - Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work - Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us) ### **What We’re Looking For:** - 1+ year experience in parts retail (dealership experience preferred) - Familiar with inventory systems and POS software preferred (CDK, Lightspeed, etc.) - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities - Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time - Must be able to lift up to 50lbs - Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays. - Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties. ### **What We Offer:** - Commission-based pay - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Employer paid life and short-term disability insurance - Employee discounts *Note: All applicants must pass pre-employment screening including background and MVR checks.*
