Oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and community upkeep. Partner with the Property Manager to prioritize work and deliver exceptional service. Manage inventory, vendors, budgets, and maintenance operations efficiently. Ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and emergency preparedness. Participate in the on-call rotation and support the team with hands-on maintenance when needed. What We're Looking For: Maintenance leadership experience in multifamily or property management. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance. Experience supervising teams and managing daily operations. HVAC/EPA Certification required. CPO Certification preferred (or ability to obtain). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
