As a Sr. Client Partner at Pinterest, you’ll play a pivotal role in building trusted, long-term partnerships with our clients. Supporting them in creating value on the only social media platform intentionally designed to be positive and inspiring. You will define, launch, and drive strategic initiatives, operationalizing a vision that deepens relationships and delivers measurable business results. We’re seeking an exceptional candidate with a proven track record in advertising and media, a talent for building strong connections, and a passion for solving complex, ambiguous challenges. Your ability to communicate with clarity and influence stakeholders, both internally and external, will be key. With Pinterest’s advertising business thriving and our user base expanding, your leadership can help reinforce our position as the platform where brands and people connect for good, powering growth for our business and our partners. This is an 8 month fixed term contract. Wh at you’ll do: Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with large customers & agencies Lead across many internal functions to create partner strategies that drive meaningful business results Leverage data, insights, and measurement to build innovate marketing communication plans that reach partner audience targets and achieve partner ROI goals & objectives Be an internal advocate for partners by working with relevant teams to respond to partner needs and feedback Leverage AI-driven tools and workflows to streamline campaign management, identify emerging trends, and recommend optimizations at scale. Analyze campaign data using AI-powered insights platforms, translating findings into actionable strategies for client success. What we’re looking for: Solid experience in marketing/advertising/digital, with specific acumen across media, search, data and measurement Established industry relationships and experience working with executive level business and marketing leaders within client organizations Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals with large customers in the CPG industry Ability to translate partner value across various levels, such as executive, operational, creative, media, and analytics teams Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor, digital acumen, and business excellence Hands-on experience integrating AI or automation into routine workflow processes, and a curiosity for adopting new AI technologies.
