Overview of the Role: Precisely is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts primarily for Go-to-Market Sales roles across the United States and EMEA. This role will also support hiring initiatives across Finance, Marketing, IT, Engineering, Customer Support, and Corporate Operations as business needs evolve. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and has a proven track record hiring high-performing sales talent within enterprise software, SaaS, data, technology, or related industries. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, drive strategic hiring outcomes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
