Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline. • Experience: 7+ years in software engineering with at least 3 years in a formal technical leadership or line-management capacity. • Technical Background: Strong background in compiler design, programming language development, or high-performance developer tooling. • Languages: Proficiency in modern languages such as Python and Rust.
