About the Role As a key member of the team, reporting directly to the VP of Strategy & Business Operations, you will serve as the analytical backbone for Matillion's most senior business forums. In this role, you will drive independent investigations into critical, high-impact topics that the business hasn't yet explored. You will influence decisions at the highest levels of executive leadership purely through rigorous thinking, sharp communication, and the confidence to say what you see. Rather than following a pre-existing playbook, you will write it. From quarterbacking the MQBR and executive offsite agendas to structuring cross-functional narratives and surfacing game-changing insights, you will set the benchmark for how Matillion understands its own performance. This role is hybrid and requires visiting our Manchester HQ office at least once a month.
